pain to mid chest bones with yawning,sneezing,and hiccups 1wk post op

I have a deep dull aching pain to my mid sternal area that radiates to the center of my back. The pain only occurs when I yawn, sneeze, or hiccup. Otherwise I feel fine no shortness of breath or anything else. I am 12 days post op and have had some early problems of nausea and vomiting the first couple of days but have since been fine. The pain almost feels like the pain you feel immediately after surgery when doing breathing excercises with incentive spirometry.
