what should I do? , I'm at high risk 4 staph!!!

I get about 1-2 staph infections every month, NO ONE knows why , my whole family gets them , we use special soap, and go on antibotics all the time , we are not unclean... it's a mystery no doctor knows why.. I am WORRIED about surgery , am I destined to get infected inciscions??? , anyone else have this problem or any input??? x0x0x0 sara
