Anyone w/nausea&vomiting w/no known cause(s)?

I'm almost 14 months post-op and have I'm having severe problems w/n/v/d. I follow all of the "pouch rules" and have every test imaginable done(all have been neg) and finally had to have a g-tube put for this uncontrollable situation. My PCP is going to send me to Vanderbilt to see if they can't figure this out. Is there anyone out there that can help me. I'm at my the end of my rope.
