Wondering if I should have revision to distal-need replies asap

My 3 yr anniversery is 5/31. I had surgery 2002. Ihave an appt to have surgery on June 1 in a week. I lost from 359 to 202. I go back and fourth from 202 to 207-213 most. I stopped seriously losing more than ayear ago. I can diet but not sure if I should or want to. I am 5'8". My goal was 140-150. It will cost 8,500 for a revision. I am not rich but spending some money I got fro a legal matter. I really need my cash buut feel compelled to have this revision. WHile I look OK it errks me that I did not get to goal or close. Ideas? am I nuts Thanks
