What about cpap machines and prescribed meds

I am using a cpap machine and I am wondering if I will have to take mine to the hospital with me or will i use one from the hospital. and also do I have to take my prescribed meds with me to the hospital. I'm a little over a month away from my surgery date and want to have everything taken care of before then.
