Has anyone had experience with BCBS Federal paying for plastic surgery?

I had very good results with BCBS of Florida Federal paying for my open RNY 4 years ago. I now am ready for reconstructive/plastic surgery. The LBL will be first, so has anyone had good results with BCBS of FL Federal or any state BCBS Federal paying for any part of the LBL?
