Having a lower body lift in three weeks. What should I expect?

I am nervous, scared and excited! I went from 236 lbs to 145 and I'm 5'3, about how many pounds of skin do you think the doc will remove? I have alot of extra skin, and would like to lose the last 15 lbs. Will this take care of them 15 lbs? What do I need to buy ahead of time to prepare? The doc has said nothing about a girdle so I'm not sure what to buy.
