is there anyone in maine that has found a surgeon that will do boobs ,butts and priva

my family doctor and my psychiatrist both say these proceedures are medically necessary. I cannot find anyone that will even talk to me about insurance coverage let alone mainecare. both my doctors agree that if they had the chance to send info to the boards that it will be approved.has any one been in this position? what did they do?Help I think I almost felt better at 320 lbs. than I do at 140 I know thats not that big of a loss but my skin really really hangs ,even in my privates please feel free to emAIL me at [email protected]
