Anyone else have problems with adhesions 4+ years out?

Hello everyone! I had my surgery in March of 2000 so I will be five years out soon. My surgeon took out my gall bladder when he did my bypass. I was just wondering if it is possible for adhesions to develop in that area or if it is possible that the bile duct is what is causing pain in that area. It isn't severe but can take my breath away at times. I would appreciate any ideas.
