Need To Find Out if There Is An Alternative to Upper GI ?????

Hi Everyone: I am having problems with my blood levels and according to my hematologist, I need to have an upper GI. I already tried to have this test once and threw up all over the Dr. 2 times. I have already had an endoscope and a colonoscopy. They are checking for an internal bleed. I just don't think I can do this Upper GI. I HAVE TRIED. Any other alternative tests???????
