Is there any other way other than an upper GI to detect internal bleeding?????

Hi All: I am 3 years post op this month and am having problems with anemia. My Hematologist has done many tests and is almost certain that I have a small internal bleed somewhere from my RNY. The only way he can confirm this is to do an upper GI. I have tried 2 times to do the upper GI and have thrown up all over the Dr in radiololgy both times. IS THERE ANY OTHER TEST???? My hemaglobin count is so bad (7)and I am so tired all of the time. I could sure use your suggestions and input.. Thanks Everyone........Joi Gonzalez
