Number of bathroom trips

I am 23 months P/O down 120+ pounds (thank you very much). My question is for any one else who drinks large quantities. When I track what I drink I am consuming between 150-180 oz of fluids a day and I have to go to the bathroom alot. I have been told by a specialist that no should have to go more than every hour and a half, but the bladder only holds on average 12 oz, that doesn't add up to me. If you consume that quantity can you wait that long? I'd love to hear how long you can go.
