will stroke disqualify me?!

in 95' i was hit head on by a drunk driver broke my neck at c-2 wich caused an aneurysm wich caused a stroke wich caused paralysis on the left side of my body. the paralysis is fine and the aneurysm is gone, but im just worried that this will prevent me from getting wls because i was only 19 when it happened?! any ideas?!
