Is broccoli OK post-op????

I am 7 weeks post-op and on a regular diet. Just wondering if (cooked) broccoli is okay? When I was on soft foods they had it listed as one to stay away from, but now that I am on regular I ASSUME it's okay, but thought I would ask before I eat!!! I am doing great so far with nothing bothering me, but I do watch and read what I eat. Thanks!!
