Not a typical vitamin question....
Hey guys. Funny question. I wonder if anyone else ever noticed this. I've been noticing a trend lately. It seems if I wait to take my vitamin until right before I go to bed, I can't sleep! I've had sleep problems on and off for a long time, but lately I've noticed it always happens when I take my vitamins at night. It seems silly to think that they would "charge me up" that quickly. Am I just crazy or has anyone else ever noticed this?
