Do I have a vitamin defiency?

I am approaching my 2 yr mark and in the last six months, My tongue itches constantly to the point that I chew on my tongue making this annoying sound ,could I have a vitamin defiency? I never in the past knawed on my tongue, it's driving me nuts! Help anyone.
