Anyone out there with my numbers not have to have plastic surgery?

I'm 28 yrs old, no kids, started out at 236, I'm 5'3 and have been overweight all my life. I have lost 72 lbs in 5 months and terrified I'll need plastic surgery. Has anyone else my size didn't have to have it? Or should I be patient and hope the skin goes back into place?.
