How long to get a response from Dr. Aguirre?

I e-mailed Dr.Aguirre Last Sunday and have yet to receive a response. About 9 months ago I received a reply within a day. I sent another e-mail out late last night just incase he didn't receive the first. How long should I wait before I make contact again? I don't want to seem a pest to him, but I am eager to set up a date. Thanks.
