Are you pre-op or post-op and currently employed by SBC in IL or another state?

I work for SBC in IL. My open enrollement period is this month and I am considering changing from Humana HMO to BC/BS PPO. I am curious to know what insurance company do you have that has approved wls and what were the requirements? Is BC/BS PPO my best option for getting approval? Thank you all.
