Breast Size?

Okay ladies, I have a question. I am smaller on the upper portion of my body. Currently by bra size is 42B, but sometimes I can fit into an A. After I have surgery and start to loose weight am I going to end up back in a training bra? :-) Anyone that might have been about those measurements let me know how things are after surgery. Thanks.
