Has anyone had really bad genital iching?

I am three months out and all of a sudden have a terrible itching? It isn't a yeast infection and there are no physical signs that I can see. The only thing I can think is maybe my hair has fallen out some and the new is growing back. I have an appt with a OBGYN but I thought I'd see if anyone had something like this.
