Question about Treadmill brands

Hi y'all. I want a treadmill that is #1 Durable, #2 Quiet (so I can watch the news while walking and not wake the whole house), #3 Folds up. I'm not concerned about price if I can meet these 3 criteria. Any suggestions out there because currently...I am overwhelmed by all there are to choose from. Thanks!! (((hugs))) and smiles =))
