Has anyone experienced this?

Has anyone had this happen to them? Post Op 5 1/2 months out, my tongue feels like I burnt it with hot food. It has been like this since then. Spicey food really plays a number on it. lol I didn't burn my tongue with hot food. I asked my surgeon at my 6 month check up and she said she had never heard of this before, but thought maybe it was a lack of Vitamin B-6. I've been on B-6 for 18 days and still feels the same. Needless to say, makes most foods un appealing, but other than that it does not bother me. Just curious, if anyone else has experienced this.
