I have a leak in my small stomach.....9 weeks post op

I have a leak in my small stomach that was discovered 1 week after surgery. It has now been 9 weeks and I still have the JP tube and a TPN line to feed me all those delicious nutrients. My doctor is pulling my JP tube every week (building the wall he say's)which is the most horrendous pain in the world. Is there a wall around our stomachs??? Will this leak ever end? And even though I have a leak I am so hungry and cannot have anything but clear liquids....for NINE weeks. I am just wanting reassurance that this will eventually end soon. Thanks for any input you may have... :)
