Weird mobility?

I'm 12 weeks post op and for the last 2-3 weeks I have felt like the mobility in my legs and ankles has become sort of 'spastic'. If you have ever watched someone who is mentally impaired walk, you see kind of a jerky type motion to their gait. And that's how I have felt. Not continuously - but it's almost like I have to CONCENTRATE on lifting my feet so my toe doesn't drag and trip me. It's weird. (I've also suffered bad back aches since surgery - but that seems to be subsiding, with chiropractic help.)
