Question about Ferro-Sequels

I have been extremely tired lately even with a full nights rest. I am taking 2 flintstone vitamins a day and my b-12 sublingual once a week. I was once told that my blood was low and that i should take Ferro-Sequels. I was wondering if anyone else is on them and do they really help? Do they cause you gastric upset? Your help would be really appreciated.
