Spouse stay with you?

I'm going to BTC Wylie on 06/18 for WLS. Can your spouse stay in the room with you while you're there or does he have to get a hotel? He was in the hospital here a while back & they let me sleep in a recliner in the room. Wondering if he could do the same at BTC?
