What do I keep track of??
I have not lost any weight since Feb. I am down 65-70 pounds and since I am nearly 1 year out and want to lose more (I really want to lose 40 more pounds but will take what I can get.) I am wondering Do I do like the protein power plan and Atkins or do I keep track of calories? If I do Atkins then the cals get high If I do cals then I can't seem to get in enough protein. What has worked for you? Also at 1 year out did any one else have trouble getting in enough liquids and could this be hindering the weight loss? I get at least 32 oz in but sometimes it is hard to drink even that. I have no problem eating so I know that I do not have any complications from surgery. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
