can we have grapenuts?

Ok I am almost 2 weeks post op and am so constipated and feeling crappy... My dh just went and got me a suppositorie sp? Anyways has anyone tried grapenuts if I heat them in the microwave they are really soft.. Does anyone eat these.. Please Advise... Thank You
