I'm 5-weeks post op and it seems as though my incision is healing....

....just fine, but I'm having a lot of discomfort/pain in that area. I can't really pinpoint what it could be, it's not neccesarility the incision that is causing me the discomfort but rather on the inside behind the incision. It's hard to explain. Also...my tummy area is always VERY warm. What's all this mean and is it normal? Also, I only urinate about 3 times a day and have a bowel movement maybe once a week. Normal? (I drink water and liquids all day)
