Please!!! can someone tell me what labs I need?

I had my surgery on 3/5/02 and only had insurance for 4 months after that. I have not seen a doctor since, this means I have not had any labs done, I don't know how I am doing physically or medically. I will be getting insurance again on 6/03 and have a doctor's appt on 6/5. What labs should I have them perform and any other procedures. I have not had any problems other than some hairloss, weightloss is going fine. Any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
