After first 4 months do you ever lose more then 1-2lbs. a wk again.
I have lost 80lbs. in the first four months, (honeymoon period). Now I am really working hard to lose 1-2 lbs. a week. I still log my water intake, get my protien in, and exercise. I was hoping that by exercising more, maybe I would jump start the wt. lose again, like 4-6lbs. a week but one week of busting my *ss got the same 2lb. result. So, do I stick with moderation, and lose my last 52 lbs., 2 lbs. a week for the next 25 weeks?
