Insurance won't cover plastics, any suggestions on how to finance with bad credit?

I am 20 months post op and my excess skin makes me feel very ugly...My insurance will not cover the skin removal and I feel so ugly! With clothes on I look ok, but with out, gross!! Due to bad credit I can't finance p/s. Any suggestions?
