What can I swallow without cutting up the pill for pain relief?

I was told never to swallow anythig larger than an M&M and im so sick of cutting up pills. Is there a tylonol product or off brand that is safe to swallow? The kids chewable medicine takes half a bottle, so to me that's a waste of money. Thanks for the help! 6.5 post-op open rny lost 110#
