negotiated rates vs. out of network

Does any one have an idea of what their actual negotiated rates were if the used an in network Dr. and hospital? (I will be with united health care in TX. hopefully using Dr. McCarty and Baylor hospital. My policy has a max per hospital visit/surgery and I am just trying to get an idea of how much I am going to pay. THANK YOU!!!!!
