Anybody had abnormal chest x-ray result?

Chest X-ray shows "abnormality" in the trachea. Nurse practitioner says could be bcause of my weight (425+) my trachea is out of line. Have CT scan scheduled Monday, but am scared. Has anyone encountered anything similar? Thanks.
