If you have/had VasoVagal Syncope Will WLS Cure it?

About 6 years ago diagnosed with VasoVagal Syncope, which is a condition that causes my blood pressure to bottom out to nothing, I have been on medication that is actually used to lower peoples blood pressure but for me it keeps it at a consistant pressure. They do not know what the cause of it is, just that for some reason my pressure drops. Any one else have anything like this and had the surgery? Could this possibly be weight related?
