Need any feed back on lower body lift surgery in the DC/Baltimore are.

I have massive amounts of excess skin from my hips to my knees,I was told I would have to have three operations to try and fix it with large scares. I want a surgeon who knows what to do and to do it right. The one surgeon I talked to doesnt take insurance. HELP
