Today I got a call from Independent Health!!!!!

..They have given me approval for my surgery!!!WaHooooo!!!...Now Dr. Posner wants me to get cardiac medical clearence from my PCP. The nurse at my PCP office tells me there is only a 7 day window for these clearences. She gave me an appointment for April 22nd, my surgery is April 28th. My question is if my PCP says I needed a stress test or something else, is this going to be enough time to have these things done? Can anyone tell me what there experience was? I'd appreciate it greatly!! Thanks. Darlene
