I have a consultation with Dr Custer in late April to see if I qualify for wls.

Can anyone who has gone to him give me any idea of what his qualification for being accepted as a patient of his may be. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am especially interested in knowing what he expects as far as weight loss history. Thanks.
