Are Nutri System & Nutritionist considered medicallly supervised?

I am wondering if NutriSystem or seeing a Nutrionist are considered Medically supervised? Nutri System was run by an RN, and we had to check in each week and get out Blood Pressure Taken. The Nutritionist was licensed?
