Has anyone had plastic surgery in Norther VA or MD??

I'm looking for a good plastic surgeon in the Northern Virginia or Maryland area. If anyone has had experience with one and feels really good about it I'd LOVE to get your input! Please HELP! I'm sooooooo ready to have my excess skin removed! It's putting such a hinderance on the way I look. I feel great about my weight loss (- 162 lbs) but have some issues about appearance of a couple areas and need to get them fixed! Any advice would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks!
