Has anyone gone through a Group Health Options Board Appeal and been approved?

I have a board appeal (last appeal chance) with Group Health Options on February 10. Has anyone gone through this and been approved. Do you have any advice or suggestions? I am terrified they will deny me and I can't afford this surgery myself. My health is going downhill faster! Please e-mail me at [email protected]
