Can an Open RNY be revised with a lap. RNY

I had an open RNY gastric bypass in 1995 and was very successful until about a year ago. I've started gaining back the weight I've lost. I've only gained back about 50 lb's (having lost 150) and don't want to gain any more! My BMI is 39.2. I want to have a revision but do now want to use the same dr. I used before. I also would like to have the outpatient laparscopy done as the revision. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and who in the Dallas area would do it? Thanks
