Looking for stats showing good outcomes for those with BMI<40

My husband has been denied, has a BMI of 38.5, and some co morbid conditions, although not severe. We will appeal the decision, but I would like to include some statistics that show improvement in labs and physical abilities in post op patients with starting BMI less than 40. Anyone know any web sites that might be helpful? Thanks in advance!
