Does any one work for a small company (10-15people) and have ins. that covered WLS?

The company I work for has about15-20 people and will soon have to or have the opportunity to change plans. ( we currently have Principal Financial through PHCS and it has an exclusion) Work knows about my situation and is trying to find a plan (affordable) that will give me coverage, but they want me to come up with a list of plans.......PLEASE HELP!!!
