Is WLS still possible if someone is on a significant dose of coumadin daily?

I am hyper-couagulable. I stay in a hyper-couagulable state. I take 10 - 15 mg. of coumadin a day. I have a greenfield filter in my vena cava that was put in in 1989. Last year I had major abdominal surgery, and as with any surgery, it was dangerous. But I came through fine.
