I'm worried I'm eating to much
I'm still losing so I'm sure I'm okay but I just need some reassurance. I'm 6.5 months post-op and I'm down 119lbs. I still lose about 2 or 3 lbs a week so I know I'm not overeating yet but I wanted to make sure I'm on the right track. For breakfast I had an omelette made of 1/4 cup eggbeaters w/ ham and swiss cheese and 1/4 small cantalope. for lunch I had a veggie burger w/ 2 tsp of marinara sauce and mozerella cheese melted on top( no bun)and a 1/4 of a small cantalope. For dinner I ate a grilled boneless pork chop( 3 oz ) and about 1 1/2 cups lettuce w/ light dressing. For an evening snack I had a handful of grapes and a sugarfree popsicle. Do you think this sounds like to much food? Sometimes it feels like I can eat so much and other times I get full after a few bites. I started at 5'2" and 332lbs and now weigh 213lbs but I still want to lose another 70lbs if I can, what do you think my chances are of making that goal? Also I walk uphill on the treadmill 50 minutes 5 days per week and lift weights 3 times per week. please let me know if you think I'm doing everything I should be. Thank You
