I work at the Outback

Hey all. I'll make this short. I am almost 2 years post op. I have happily maintained my weight of 153-157 pounds. I am a server at the outback and work there 6 nights a week. I find myself muching all night long when I am working!! There is a McDonalds right next door and sometimes, I order a double cheesburger before work, and I can eat the whole thing (although I do eat it and drink water at the same time). Currently, i am in a financial bind and can't afford to eat at the outback (which makes the McDonalds 99 cents menu convenient for me)when I am working every night. Not even a joey sirloin (a 6 oz. sirloin with a side). I am petrified that I will start gaining weight. I feel like I am carb filling with bread and mashed potatoes most nights(cause we don't have to pay for them). In the last week, I have gained up to 159 pounds. Anyone have any suggestions for some REALLY CHEAP high protein food items that I can bring to work and eat for dinner that will help up my protein intake yet stop me from grazing all night long? Any suggestions? Thanks
