Have any postops tried herbal breast enhancement for saggy breasts?

I am 18mos postop. lost 137lbs. feel great but like all other postops i have some loose skin. not terrible but i am tempted to try one of those herbal breast enhancement products like Bloussant. they claim to firm not just enlarge. went from a 44D to a 36C (loose).
